Meet Our Staff
Josh has been with our office since December 2017.
Josh received his degree in General Business locally at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, AR. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys such activities as camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting. He was raised in Johnson County, and his father is a cattle farmer, hunter and fisherman.
Jerrad (Jai) Erwin
Jai has been with our office since May 2016. He has previously worked for such companies as American Airlines, Wal-Mart, and Ace Hardware in various accounting and IT positions.
Jai received his degree in Biology locally at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, AR. He has been an avid outdoorsman since joining the Cub Scouts at 8 years old. He is also a member of the Johnson County Search and Rescue Team under the Department of Emergency Management.
District Conservationist (Acting)
Carissa comes to us from Independence and Jackson County where she has worked as a Soil Conservationist since 2015. Prior to this, she was a Soil conservationist in White County, and a CTA Technician in Carroll County.
Carissa received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. She has received multiple performance awards and certificates of appreciation from NRCS and State Conservationists. She is a devoted mother and wife, an avid outdoor enthusiast, and an animal lover.
